Hungarian Electrotechnical Association is a voluntary organization of professionals deeply committed to electrotechnics. The Association taking advantage of the cooperation of its members, works in order to achieve higher and higher standards in electrotechnics.
Its activity embraces academic, educational and practical fields equally. MEE represents the profession of electrotechnics, it is involved in the 
decision making process on a national level while serving the common good.
As an independent professional Organization it plays an active part in forming Hungarian energy policy and is devoted to the traditions of Hungarian electrotechnics by
– helping members in professional development, helping young engineers to adapt and to start a successful career
– attracting young engineers’ interest, encouraging them to choose electrotechnics for a career
– helping to spread the achievements of electritechnics, paying special regard to life and environment protection
– Chanelling its professionsl viewpoint in technical and economic questions to decision makers, organizations, bodies.
